CRM consulting focused on optimization and predictive analytics.
- Defining key business problems, formulating mathematical approaches to solve the problems, gathering / mining data, developing, analyzing, drawing conclusions and giving presentations.
- Maintaining deal focused relationships with clients and partners to scope, propose, close, and deliver projects

- Expert knowledge and broad experiences in CRM
- Customer Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning
- Marketing/Sales organization, process, KPI design
- Campaign program development
- Customer Experience Management
- Marketing resource optimization
- Predictive modeling, mathematical algorithm modeling skills
- Statistics tools (SPSS or SAS), Optimization tools (ILOG)
- Practical analytics consulting experiences
- Consultative sales skills
- Must be fluent in English
