- Planning and implementation of actions to achieve quarterly revenue target
- Inbound / Outbound sales team management
- Direct communication & cooperation with Inbound and Outbound Adobe Sales managers
- Agent training & quality management
- 홍콩, 대만 B2B,B2C 이/아웃바운드 영업팀 관리
- 관련 지표, 실행 계획 등에 대한 고객사 소통
[Requirements]
- 3~5 years of sales background (Outside sales, Inside sales, Tele-sales, Chat Sales etc.)
- Team mangement experience
- Excellent Cantonese/Taiwanese written and verbal communication skills required
- Sales trend & customer analysis experience
- Agents efficiency & productivity management
