[담당업무]
- Lead supply strategies in line with commercial and marketing needs
- Facilitating an S&OP process in line with Divisional standards
- Define the mission and strategy of purchasing organization, implement of long-range material management, manufacturing and business improvement initiatives
- Manufacturing Capacity and Operation Planning, Supply Planning, & Inventory Planning, Purchasing etc. in coordination with commercial teams
- Responsible for creating appropriate supply strategies in line with commercial and marketing needs and be responsible for facilitating an S&OP process in line with Divisional standards
- Define the mission and strategy of purchasing organization, implement of long-range material management, manufacturing and business improvement initiatives
- Manufacturing Capacity and Operation Planning, Supply Planning, & Inventory Planning, Purchasing etc. in coordination with commercial teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for production planning to support customer demand and achieve cost reduction targets
- People management for Supply Chain & Purchasing organization to motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets to be met or exceeded
[자격요건]
- Above Bachelor’s degree
- At least 15 years of work experience in a related function such as Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Operations, Supplier Management in manufacturing industry
- Good written and spoken English skill
- Minimum 10 years of people management experience
