-Oversee Resource optimization: Optimize # of MRs, increase coverage
-Manage Sales force effectiveness: Track and monitor sales performance
-Provide business intelligence: Analysis and comparison of internal sales data and external data
-Improve FF capability :Launch and facilitate global training program
-Plan and Implement country Multi-channel Engagement: SMS, e-campaign, remote call, webinar
-People Management
[자격요건]
- Bachelor’s degree over (MBA is preferred)
- Minimum 15+ years’ experience in healthcare industry
- 3+ years‘ experience in CE or SFE
- 10+ years‘ experience in Commercial or business
- Experience in presenting, data analysis and statistics, team work and communication
-Direct people leadership experience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
