[담당업무]
The individual will interface with Product Line Managers, Applications/Systems Engineers, Sr. Technical Marketing Engineers and Product Line team members. This person will need to effectively prioritize requests and execute projects with accountability. Because of the different levels of interface, he/she should be comfortable with the dynamic nature of the projects and interaction with others. Success will be determined by driving initiatives in and out of his/her group. Attention to design details while being able to look at system level is necessary.
Effectiveness and success will be determined by:
1) completing evaluation of newly designed silicon correlating operation and performance in the target system with Simplis (IC and system level modeling).
2) designing evaluation boards and provide functional test documentation of the IC. Documentation that includes but is not limited to schematics, evaluation guide, application design software that is programming friendly, and application notes
3) supporting world wide FAE teams with applications information related to the product families
4) effective communication and explanation of technical material to peers and different members outside of his/her group
5) desire to learn and improve current technical skill level
6) long term objective is to have opportunity to manage a technical team
[자격요건]
-. BS or MS in Electrical / Electronic engineering, MS is preferred
-. Experiences of at least 5 AC/DC power supply designs through production (flyback, resonant, CCM and/or BrCM PFC, half bridge or full bridge topologies preferred)
-. Strong analog design foundation (control loop theory, component selections/tradeoffs, lab troubleshooting skill) as well as magnetic design experience
-. Strong lab skills and a desire to work in a lab environment
-. Ability to simulate or model circuit blocks(Simplis) and be familiar with power supply simulation software packages
-. Excellent communication skills in English
-. Fluency in English or Chinese is a plus.
